　　?個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介
　　王偉，畢業(yè)于華東政法學(xué)院、復(fù)旦大學(xué)、美國南方衛(wèi)理公會(huì)大學(xué)、英國倫敦大學(xué)，分別獲得法學(xué)士、法學(xué)碩士(國際法專業(yè))、LL.M.（比較國際法專業(yè)）、法學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2005-2006年在香港大學(xué)法學(xué)院工作（Research Fellow）。現(xiàn)任復(fù)旦大學(xué)法學(xué)院教授、副院長(zhǎng)（分管外事和研究生工作）、復(fù)旦大學(xué)高級(jí)律師學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)、上海法律專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)委員。主要研究興趣包括國際法、國際金融法、海商法、法律史。

　　Wei Wang, LL.B. (ECUPL), LL.M. (Fudan), LL.M. (SMU), Ph.D. (Lond.), is Professor of Fudan University Law School, Shanghai, China. As a Vice Dean of Fudan University Law School, he is in charge of international affairs and graduate affairs. He is also the Vice Dean of the School of Advanced Institute of Lawyers of Fudan University, and the member of the Advisory Committee of Professional Legal Education of Shanghai.
　　His research interests include international law, international financial law, maritime law and legal history. He teaches Chinese Banking Law, Foreign Trade Law, and International Financial Law (in English language). His research projects cover the Chinese banking law reform and legal education history sponsored by the Asian Development Bank, the Ministry of Education, National and Shanghai Social Science Funds. In the spring of 2014, he was invited by the School of Law of Washington University to teach the intersession course "International Financial Law". In December 2014, he was invited to speak at the Bank Secrecy Law Symposium held by the Faculty of Law of the National University of Singapore.
